Refund policy

Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and packing slip.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please send your item(s) back in their original packaging, along with the enclosed order confirmation slip. Postage fees for the return of goods will not be covered by PENNYWOLF LTD. We strongly recommend a tracked and signed-for Royal Mail service. 

PENNYWOLF LTD are not liable for goods in transit until they reach our premises. Premium or Express shipping fees cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Any customised item

Any clearance item

Used purchases with no defect

Please Note

Pennywolf are unable to track returned items. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage via your chosen courier.
